All Sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, you must email the details of damaged items in transit on info@saisamedi.com immediately upon the receipt of the material and mention the damaged materials in the POD (Proof of Delivery) of the transporter. Upon the receipt of the damaged material we shall ship the replacement. In case of unavailability of the replacement we shall refund you the price of the product.
To return the product, you should contact us prior to shipping the product.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time your order was placed. Orders cancelled after 24 hours prior to shipment are subject to 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from the credit amount issued to you. SAISA MEDI LLP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to the delivered address entered for an order. Upon enquiry SAISA MEDI LLP will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
